What we collect
CoopFlow stores the information cooperatives and members need to run day-to-day financial operations, including profile data, savings activity, loan records, payment references, audit logs, and support communications.
When enabled, we also store security-related records such as session activity, passkey registrations, login events, and device metadata to help protect accounts and investigate suspicious activity.
How we use information
We use this information to provide the platform, process cooperative transactions, send notifications, secure member and admin accounts, and maintain accounting and compliance records.
We may also use operational data to troubleshoot issues, monitor platform health, and improve product reliability, reporting, and fraud prevention.
Payments and integrations
Payment processing and virtual account services may be handled through approved third-party providers such as Monnify. Those providers process transaction data according to their own compliance obligations and service terms.
CoopFlow stores only the information required to initiate, reconcile, and audit those payment flows inside the cooperative platform.
Retention and access
Financial and audit records may be retained for as long as the cooperative needs them for reporting, dispute handling, regulatory review, fraud investigation, or operational continuity.
Administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access inside their cooperative and for keeping member data accurate and up to date.
Questions
If you have questions about how your cooperative uses CoopFlow, contact your cooperative administrator first. For product support, use the CoopFlow help center or the support channel shared with your organization.
